General terms and conditions and house rules Bed & Baguette at Zuidstraat 2 in Burgh-Haamstede

 

1. General

 

• These General Terms and Conditions apply to all users of Bed & Baguette, Zuidstraat 2, 4328 AC Burg-Haamstede.

• These General Terms and Conditions come into effect upon entering into a rental agreement.

• Tenants must have a permanent residence or residence.

• All guests of Bed & Baguette must be 21 years or older.

• The owner is not liable for damage and/or injury, loss, or theft of property of the users.

• If any damage occurs during your stay, it would be nice if you would report this to us.

• In case of violation of these General Terms and Conditions and in case of inappropriate behavior, the owner can deny and/or refuse guests access to Bed & Baguette with immediate effect, without further notification and stating reasons and without refund of the accommodation costs.

• Guests of Bed & Baguette must adhere to the House rules below.

2. Reservation and confirmation

• The rental agreement can only be made per booking via our website www.bedenbaguette.nl

• Upon receipt, we will send you a confirmation of the reservation. This makes your reservation final.

 

3. Payment

 

• The accommodation costs are paid immediately when booking via our website. It is also possible to opt for a 30% deposit. The remaining outstanding amount must be paid one month in advance via a payment request. If the outstanding amount has not been paid, we cannot hand you the key to your stay.

4. Cancellation

 

• In the unlikely event that you are unable to fulfill the rental agreement entered into, you must report this to us as soon as possible, so that we can still offer the released date to third parties.

• If you cancel 30 days before the commencement date, you are entitled to 100% of the total reimbursement.

• In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or up to 29 days before your stay, you owe 100% of the amount.

Household Rules

 

Arrival and departure

 

• On the day of arrival you can use your stay from 3 pm. The key can be collected at Lunchroom La Baguette in Burgh-Haamstede between 15:00 and 17:30. This is 40 meters walking distance from Bed en Baguette. If this does not suit you, please contact us before your stay.

• On the day of departure, the accommodation must be free at 10:30 am.

• No refund will be made in the event of early departure.

Breakfast

 

• Every day we serve breakfast at La Baguette in Burgh-Haamstede. This is a 1-minute walk from Bed en Baguette. 

• Breakfast is served between 08.30 and 11.00. If you want to have breakfast earlier or later, this is possible in consultation.

Your stay

 

• Noise nuisance, especially between 10 pm and 7 am, must be avoided.

• Use of the accommodation by third parties is not permitted.

• Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight in Bed en Baguette without the permission of the manager and additional payment.

• Books and possibly folders are available for inspection and cannot be taken with you.

• The Bed & Breakfast must be kept clean and tidy. If we see after your stay that damage has been caused, we can charge costs for this.

• Bed and Baguette is exclusively for guests over 21 years old. Children are not allowed.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Smoking is not allowed.
